ABOUT KATYA BUTHKER

A self taught artist residing in Los Angeles, CA., Katya was a natural at expressing her creativity at an extremely young age.
Her mind was always full of visions, grabbing inspiration from the fun and unique situations, places and people of her everyday life. Taking these ideas and making them real and tangible, gave her a high like no other.

 

She found herself chasing that high more and more, roaming the aisles of the local art stores, picking up different mediums to go home and play with. Each and every time surprised at what was able to come from it.

Growing up with no instructions or classes, it started as just a sporadic hobby. An escape. A place of zero rules.  

Creating grew to an obsession. She woke up one day and felt when you’re meant to do something, you should really give it your all.

And here we are.
